Join us on February 1, 2024 for a special private dinner featuring the Wines of Spain from José Pastor Selections portfolio!

A casual affair with multiple courses of tapas style dishes paired with baller wines selected and presented by José Pastor’s national sales manager, Chris Barnes.

Event starts at 6:30pm and will go until about 8:30 or so.

$125 per person plus 20% gratuity + tax.

COURSE ONE - for the table:

- tortilla with spicy tomato jam
- conservas with piparras on potato chips

COURSE TWO - for the table
- brandade stuffed piquillo peppers
- squid à la plancha with squid ink aioli
- mackerel escabeche
- grilled bread

COURSE THREE - for the table
- roasted local mushrooms with minced chorizo, oregano + egg yolk
- sliced local steak with mojo verde

Basque style Cheesecake with crushed pistachio + orange blossom syrup
